This website is an independent visitor guide. Tour links go to GetYourGuide or Viator, where any booking is made. Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you book through one of them we may earn a commission, and the price you pay is the same. We help you choose a tour, but we do not sell or operate any tour ourselves, and we do not sell castle tickets. Every tour is run by an independent local operator, and the operator’s name appears on each listing. This site is not connected with Bran Castle, Peles Castle or any other museum it describes.

By following a booking link you leave this site; the booking is made with GetYourGuide or Viator under its terms and the operator’s.

Bookings & Payment

  • Bookings are processed and fulfilled by GetYourGuide or Viator and by the tour operator.
  • By completing a booking, you agree to the booking platform’s terms and the operator’s policies: GetYourGuide General Terms and Conditions, Viator Terms of Use.
  • Booking confirmations and vouchers are issued by the platform you booked with.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms are set by the booking platform and the operator and are shown on each listing before you pay.

Prices Shown on This Site

Prices, ratings and review counts on this site are copied from the listings, with the month they were checked next to them. Operators change prices by season and by date. The price you pay is the one the booking platform shows at checkout. Castle entrance fees quoted on this site are the museums’ own published prices, with the month they were read; the museums set and change them.

Tour Operator Responsibility

  • The tour operator (not this website) is solely responsible for:

    • Running the tour safely and as described
    • The guides, drivers and vehicles
    • Decisions on weather, roads, traffic and timing, and any cancellation or change of a tour
    • Passenger safety and insurance
    • Handling complaints or problems during the tour

  • When a castle is closed, for traffic, weather or safety reasons, the operator may change the order of the stops, shorten a visit or replace a stop on the day. What then happens to your booking is set out on the listing you booked.

Liability & Disclaimer

  • This website is a visitor guide that refers you to GetYourGuide and Viator. We are not liable for:

    • Tour quality, safety, or the accuracy of descriptions
    • Personal injury, loss, or damage during a tour
    • Cancellations, delays, or changes made by operators or by the museums
    • Disputes between customers and operators

  • Day trips from Bucharest are long days on the road, with steep, narrow stairs and uneven floors inside the castles and cobbles in the old towns. Everyone takes part at their own risk and must follow the guide’s and driver’s instructions and the rules of the places visited.

  • The operator’s own liability terms apply as stated in its booking conditions.

Tour titles, descriptions, images and prices come from GetYourGuide, Viator and the tour operators. All trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.
